Seven cars damaged after moonshine explosion in Komsomolsk-on-Amur informs Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia for the Khabarovsk Territory.
The incident occurred on the morning of May 27 in a residential building on Dikopoltsev Street. In the apartment on the 4th floor, the windows were broken due to the explosion of the gas-air mixture. It is assumed that the explosion occurred due to alcohol vapors accumulated while using moonshine.
The fire was averted, but as a result of the explosion, seven cars in the garden were damaged by breaking glass.
“During the operation of Moonshine, you should not use faulty equipment, leave it unattended, not place flammable objects near it. The room should be well ventilated. Ministry of Emergencies, keep a fire extinguisher at home”.
