The most affordable car of the Chinese premium brand Hongqi in Russia will cost 4.79 million rubles, the Panavto dealer in the capital indicated this price for the H5 sedan on its official website. The car is equipped with a 2.0-liter turbo four with a capacity of 218 hp. and an 8-speed “automatic”, traction is transmitted to the front wheels.
The flagship sedan Hongqi H9 is estimated at 7.49 million rubles. It is equipped with a hybrid power plant of 245 hp, “robot” and rear-wheel drive. The cost of the HS5 crossover with a 224-horsepower two-liter engine and all-wheel drive is 4.99 million rubles. The most expensive model of the brand was the electric Hongqi E-HS9, which can travel 510 km on a single charge and costs 9.49 million rubles.
The name Hongqi is translated from Chinese as “red flag”. The brand was founded in 1958 by FAW. Hongqi cars are used as the representative leadership of the PRC. In Russian, the press service of the brand recommends calling the brand “Khonchi”.
