Previously, Volkswagen Group officially announced Art-Finance LLC, a subsidiary of the Avilon dealer holding, became the new owner in the sale of Russian assets.

Buyer Volkswagen Group Rus LLC acquired Volkswagen Components and Services, Scania Leasing, Scania Finance and Scania Insurance, as well as the distribution and aftermarket plant in Kaluga. Volkswagen Tiguan and Polo models, as well as Skoda Rapid, were assembled at the Kaluga plant. The plant has been suspended since March 2022.
