“After a work shift at UAZ today, there was a scheduled employee meeting with the general manager. Such events are held weekly in different sectors after the end of the work shift or during breaks. Issues discussed, incl. and to raise salaries,” the company’s press service told socialbites.ca.
Today, the average salary at UAZ is above the regional average (the average for working specialties is above 38 thousand rubles). Wages were increased by 6% in 2021 and 10% in 2022. The press service of the factory added that the next stage of the 5 percent wage increase took place on March 1 and that there will be another 7 percent increase from June 1st.
