On the recommendation of the Federation Council, for such cars, the conditions, evaluated by the total number of points, must be met: from January 1 of next year, at least 1,000 points, from January 1, 2026 – from 2,000 points, from January 1, 2028 – from 3,000 points.
As for electric vehicles, it is recommended to set the following levels for them: from January 1, 2025, at least 1,000 points, from January 1, 2027 – 2,000 points, from January 1, 2029 – 3,000 points.
