Russian legal entity Heli Eurasia LLC with a registered capital of 300 million rubles was registered on May 11, 2023. The direct owners of the company are Heli’s China office and export trading house Anhui Heli Industrial Vehicle Import & Export Co., Ltd.
The core business of Heli Eurasia is the wholesale and production of lifting and transport machinery and equipment, as well as hydraulic and pneumatic power equipment, cranes, special equipment for road and asphalt pavement.
Heli concern was founded in 1958. It ranked seventh among the world’s largest forklift manufacturers in 2016, with revenue of $1.4 billion in 2018, according to the company’s website.
