The accident occurred on the night of May 12, on the 30th kilometer of the Minsk highway. Alexander Karakin crashed into a crash stop at high speed, and then Nissan was stuck in the middle of the road. According to Shot, races were held on the Minsk highway every Thursday, with street racers and drivers gathering at a stop at and near the Rosneft gas station.
