Alexander Bastrykin, Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, supported the initiative of Andrey Klishas, ​​chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Construction, to tighten the rules on the use of electric scooters in cities. According to Alexander Bastrykin, as an additional measure, companies that rent scooters are advised to technically limit their speed and determine the necessary limit by conducting research with the traffic police.
