“The decision of the Government of the Russian Federation dated March 28, 2022 and numbered 490 should be amended to provide such employees with the opportunity to defer from compulsory military service until they reach the age of 27. Similarly, such employees, regardless of age, will also be exempted from participating in mobilization activities,” the letter states.
In addition, NAS offers additional benefits to engineers, scientific and technical personnel, highly qualified technical specialists by offering to fight for the preservation of the existing human resources potential in the automotive industry. Such measures may include the provision of preferential mortgages. At the same time, the union considers it necessary to adjust the conditions for providing such a mortgage by determining the minimum possible salary before deducting personal income tax by 40 thousand rubles. 50 thousand rubles for regions and for more than a million cities.
