AvtoVAZ began to provide information about the recall campaigns of Lada cars through the State Services portal, report “Automobile news of the day”. One of the owners of Lada XRay Cross talked about receiving messages about the recall on the social network VKontakte.
“Here I decided to go to the State Services, I found messages about the recall campaign. Today I stopped at the official, the result: steering shaft – replacement, fuel pipe – put a clamp-type spacer. Ordered at the factory, wait for the call. Check the utilities, ”the man wrote.
The attached screenshots show that the man’s Lada car is subject to two recalls, in October 2020 and February 2021. In the first case, cars were recalled due to the risk of damage to the fuel line element due to contact with the harness clamp. The second – due to the possibility of damage to the welded seam of the electromechanical power steering shaft.
In early October last year, a service was launched at the State Service to inform car owners about recall campaigns.
