The company AvtoVAZ showed the electric minibus Lada e-Largus and photos of the car at a dealer conference in Sochi published Telegram channel RCI News | Russian Automobile Industry.
The car will be equipped with lithium-ion batteries and a 150 hp electric motor. The e-Largus can travel up to 400 km on a single charge. Acceleration to 100 km/h takes less than 10 seconds and the car’s top speed will be 145 km/h. The e-Largus cabin is equipped with a digital instrument cluster and a drive mode selector.
Previously at AvtoVAZ registeredIt has been announced that the Lada e-Largus will be produced in passenger and commercial van versions. The model will be the most localized Russian electric car. At the same time, the share of use of components purchased from Russian suppliers at the start of production will be at least 50%.
Production of e-Largus will be launched at the facilities of the Lada automobile plant in Izhevsk. The first experimental batch will be released at the end of 2023, the launch is scheduled for the beginning of 2024.
