After a gun chase, traffic inspectors detained a drunken 16-year-old student who had decided to sneak into her mother’s car. In this respect informs Russia’s Ministry of Internal Affairs, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region Main Directorate.

On the Kingisepp highway, the traffic police noticed a foreign car and wanted to stop, but the driver suddenly changed his trajectory and tried to escape. During the chase, traffic inspectors opened fire on the wheels, after which the criminal stopped. A 16-year-old boy was driving, he was detained. The young man refused to undergo a medical examination.

Law enforcement agencies prepared protocols in accordance with Part 2 of Art. 12.26 and Part 1 of Art. 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (denial of sobriety test and disobedience to a police officer’s request). The collected materials were delivered to the children’s branch. 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The problem of inclusion (parents failing to fulfill minor obligations for care and upbringing) is also resolved.
