Russia began to accept orders for commercial vehicles UAZ Profi in a new modification – a minibus for the transport of bakery products. The cost of the model, according to the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant, starts at 1.815 million rubles.
The company said the profile design of the van is based on a welded steel frame, with the walls made of steel sheets using wooden elements. The door opening angle is at least 120°, equipped with recessed locking devices. The compartment is equipped with a natural ventilation system. The minibus has the capacity to carry bakery products up to 112 trays.
The bread van is equipped with a 2.7-liter ZMZ Pro engine with a capacity of 149.6 hp. (235 Nm) conforms to the Euro-5 standard and is coupled with a five-speed manual transmission. All-wheel drive versions based on the UAZ “Profi” and rear-wheel drive versions with dual tires on the “Truck” chassis are offered.
This modification became the fourth in the line of minibuses on the “Profi” chassis, after isothermal, finished goods and refrigerator. It is worth noting that, unlike previously available analogues, the novelty came directly from the UAZ conveyor.
