Renault unveils new generation Espace

The French company Renault introduced the new, fifth generation of the Espace model. In this respect informs company press office. Sales in Europe will begin in spring 2023.

It was noted that the car has become shorter and lower than the car of the previous generation. However, the cabin has become more spacious due to the fact that the trunk volume has been reduced to just 159 liters with three rows of fully unfolded seats.

The new Renault Espace is built on the CMF D/C platform. The car received a hybrid power plant consisting of a 1.2-liter gasoline turbo engine with a capacity of 131 hp and two electric motors. The total power of the unit is 199 hp. Combined fuel consumption – 4.7 liters per 100 km. Up to 100 km/h, the new Espace accelerates in 8.8 seconds, reaching a top speed of 175 km/h.
