Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce was asked to consider the possibility of resuming the state’s auto recycling program. And literally immediately the parliamentarians came up with another idea – this program can be associated with the spare parts restoration industry.
Alexander Tolmachev, a member of the State Duma Committee on Transport and Development of Transport Infrastructure, believes that it is necessary to clearly indicate where to keep spare parts in case of disposal, so that they are not thrown away, but used in the current shortage.

It is necessary to take into account all the details – firstly, so that people feel comfortable and profitable, and secondly, so that everything is transparent, this is a matter of safety, and therefore of human life. When such a document is submitted to the Duma for discussion, we will disassemble this “machine” piece by piece so that nothing is overlooked.
