Tire factory Nokian Tires in Vsevolozhsk now has a new owner

Tatneft became the owner of the tire plant of the Finnish company Nokian Tires, located in Vsevolozhsk, Leningrad region.

This follows from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRLE) – the corresponding changes were made to the register on March 24. In addition, Vianor’s network of tire centers, formerly owned by Nokian, has changed its name to Ivanor.

Tatneft acquired ownership of LLC Khakka Invest, which rents and manages its owned or leased properties.

In February, the Federal Antimonopoly Service approved three applications from PJSC Tatneft to acquire 100% shares in the authorized capital of Nokian Tiers LLC, Hakka Invest LLC and Nokian Tire LLC from Nokian Tires. The cost of the transaction amounted to 285 million euros.

At the end of June 2022, Nokian Tires decided to leave the Russian market. Several exit options have been considered, including “offline” activities.
