“Our Obukhovsky plant has received a certificate for the E-Neva SUV. We can start preparing for mass production. This means that an electric car can be found not only in the Russian Federation, but also in St. It is one of the examples of its purely local development in St. Petersburg,” said Polyakov.
E-Neva car showed Russian President Vladimir Putin in January this year in St. Petersburg during his visit. Denis Manturov, head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, said that E-Neva cars should be cheaper than American Teslas.
