Ivan Mironov, who previously held the position of senior adviser to the president of JSC AVTOVAZ, has been appointed general manager of the Lada production site in St. Petersburg.

He will have to ensure a speedy recovery of car production in St. Petersburg, as well as the involvement of local suppliers for car localization.

Ivan Mironov was born in Saratov in 1985. In 2007 he graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Saratov State Agrarian University. NI Vavilova with a degree in Economics and Enterprise Management, and in 2012 – the Saratov State Law Academy with a degree in Jurisprudence.

Ivan Mironov has been working at AVTOVAZ since June 2022. He served as a senior adviser to the president, overseeing, among other things, the integration of the St. Petersburg manufacturing site into the company’s perimeter.

In February 2023, AVTOVAZ acquired a 99% stake in the authorized capital of Nissan Manufacturing RUS, which will launch production of new C- and D-segment cars under the LADA brand in the second half of 2023. The paperwork is currently being processed and the necessary approvals are being obtained for the renaming of the production site to LADA – St. Petersburg.
