The intelligence level of drivers was determined by the British automotive portal in collaboration with the market research institute Censuswide. There were 2,000 people in the IQ test group.
As a result, it turned out that the first place in the “99 rating” went to Skoda drivers.
To be clear, according to current research, two-thirds of the world’s population has an IQ between 85 and 115. Only about 2.5% have an IQ below 70 or above 130. A reading of 144 is already genius. Therefore, all drivers of the listed brands generally have a normal level of intelligence.
The breakdown by brand was as follows:
- Skoda-99
- Suzuki – 98.09
- Peugeot – 97.79
- MINI- 97.41
- Mazda – 95.91
- Toyota – 95.76
- Opel- 95.11
- Mercedes Benz – 94.74
- Nissan – 94.71
- Chair – 94.71
- Citroen – 94.29
- Hyundai – 93.52
- Renault- 93.41
- Audi – 93.25
- Kia- 93.01
- Honda – 92.88
- Ford – 92.75
- Volvo – 92.40
- Volkswagen – 92.25
- BMW-91.68
- Fiat – 90.14
- Land Rover – 88.58
Separate ratings were made by engine type and car color. Owners of cars with gasoline engines have the highest IQ – 94.35, hybrids – 93.89, diesel cars – 92.91, electric cars – 90.19.
The top three colors were white (95.71), gray (94.97) and red (94.88), followed by green (88.43).
However, you should not take this research so seriously – how reliable these data are and whether such a connection actually exists is, of course, questionable.
