Faurecia, a French manufacturer of auto parts, is actively seeking buyers for three Tolyatti ventures, Volga News reported, citing industry sources.

Among the possible buyers of part of the company, the Avtokomponent group is mentioned, which sold Fauresia PK Avtokomponent Tolyatti at the end of 2021. Now a profitable asset can return to its previous owner. It is not known who will receive the other two companies.

Faurecia has been active in Russia since 2005. In total, she had six production sites: three in Tolyatti, one in St. Petersburg, Kaluga and Luga (Leningrad region). The company’s products in Russia went to the conveyors of AVTOVAZ, Renault-Nissan, Ford, Volswagen, as well as Mitsubishi and PSA.
