Sales of the Kaiyi E5 sedan, which is produced at the Avtotor plant in Kaliningrad, have started in Russia. The first dealer center of the Chinese brand Kaiyi has already opened in Moscow.
The price of a car with a 1.5 liter turbo engine with a capacity of 147 horsepower. and a variator in the top configuration is 1,959 million rubles. So far, only this version is for sale.

Sedans assembled in Kaliningrad are adapted to Russian operating conditions, in particular, they have modernized suspension, felt fenders, improved sound insulation in the rear of the cabin and heated front seats.
In the richest version for Russia, the Kaiyi E5 has a number of additional options, in particular, a stability control system, an electromechanical parking brake, a climate sensor unit and some others.
Avtotor has announced that a total of four configurations will be produced. The car factory has not yet announced prices for them, but experts suggest that the cheapest version with a fabric interior and mechanics can cost about 1.65 million rubles. And this is in direct competition with cars produced by AVTOVAZ and Moskvich.
Kaiyi E5 is basically a twisted Chery Arrizo 7 sample from 2013-2019.
