Sales of the Chinese sedan Kaiyi E5, assembled at the Avtotor factory in Kaliningrad, will begin this week. This is stated in the message from the car dealer “Rolf”.
Rolf Company became the official dealer of the Chinese Kaiyi brand in Moscow. The first model to go on sale this week is the Kaiyi E5 sports sedan. Production started at the end of January 2023 at the Avtotor Kaliningrad plant.
The Kaiyi E5 is equipped with a 1.5-liter (147 hp) turbocharged petrol engine and a CVT that simulates nine fixed gears when switched to manual mode. The sedan was adapted to Russian conditions. The car has heated seats, mirrors, windshield and rear windows, anti-corrosion treatment on the body.
