The risk factor that emerges in early spring is the bright sun, noted automotive expert Anton Troshanov.
The risk of dazzling the driver affects safety: at some point, he may lose control of the road.
The expert notes that you cannot maneuver when blinded by the sun, because you do not understand what is happening on the right and left. You can’t brake hard because a car driving behind you could crash into your car.
Therefore, in such cases, he recommends slowing down to a complete stop and gradually moving to the edge of the roadway.
If the sun blinded the driver when he looked straight ahead, shift your eyes and look at the edge of the roadway through the right or left side of the windshield. Soon vision will return to normal and you will be able to control the movement and gradual stop.
The same applies if you are blinded by oncoming traffic.
Well, as for spring, it’s time to get some sunglasses from the mezzanine (or where do you keep them?), as the sun will get more and more each day.
