Moscow Solntsevsky District Court gave the guilty verdict in the criminal case against 45-year-old Alexander Smolnitsky, a resident of the Moscow Region. Convicted under Part 3 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation of traffic rules by the driver, resulting in the death of a person due to negligence). The inspection revealed that the driver had the technical skill to avoid hitting a pedestrian while obeying traffic rules.

Accident dead in the Solntsevo region on the morning of November 21 last year. The driver of the KamAZ concrete mixer crushed a 10-year-old girl who was crossing at an irregular pedestrian crossing.
