We continue to find interesting cheap car options in the secondary market and identify their most successful versions – combinations of engines and gearboxes.
This time an expert from Za Rulem, the oldest and most authoritative automotive publication in Russia, Sergey Zinoviev offers to take a closer look at the Chevrolet Orlando compact van.
This is a very roomy car, which, when it was officially delivered to Russia, was in great demand. Its popularity is quite understandable. Outwardly, the model looks more like a crossover. At the same time, under the hood it has a fairly economical engine – gasoline or diesel.
Plus, it’s built on a fairly common platform that the other two bestsellers were created on. GM Vauxhall Astra and Chevrolet Cruze. As a result, the machines have a lot in common and there are no problems with spare parts.
Today, a compact van on the secondary market costs from 800 thousand rubles to a million. Age – from 8 to 12 years. For this money, the buyer gets a very practical car.
