It is known that at the initial stage the gearbox for the updated Vesta should be one – the five-speed VAZ.
But work is already underway with Chinese colleagues – “two-pedal” versions should also appear on the market early next year.
CVTs collect the most powerful Vesta first, with a 1.8 engine – yes, that is also expected. True, there is no information about his power yet, but it is clear that he will be the oldest in the line.
But in the end they decided that the VAZ flagship would be equipped not with classic automatic transmissions, but with imported CVTs.
