According to the author of the video, the incident occurred due to an unpleasant smell emanating from the pensioner.
“After the video was posted on the city’s social networks, it was sent to the city government’s transport department for action. The carrier Komsomolsk-on-Amur Motor Transport Enterprise LLC reported that within an hour the check was carried out and the truth was confirmed. The bus driver and conductor were deprived of their bonuses and fired.”
According to the Mayor’s Press Spokesperson, the carrier company management apologized to the old woman. As compensation, the pensioner was given a food package. In addition, the carrier gave him the right to use buses on this route for free and indefinitely.
