Chery’s Russia office told socialbites.ca that the new Chery Tiggo 8 Pro e+ hybrid crossover is scheduled to be introduced to the Russian market in the spring of 2023. The car is already approved.
“First, the Chery Tiggo 8 Pro e + hybrid crossover will hit the market. Today we go through the certification procedure and conduct a test program in Russian conditions. It plans to present it this spring. The exact release date is difficult to specify, but there is a huge desire to complete everything by April, ”said Evgenia Nikitena-Katsarskaya, head of Chery’s press service in Russia.
Chery Tiggo 8 Pro e+ sales in China started in 2022. Model length – 4722 mm, width – 1860 mm, height – 1747 mm, wheelbase – 2710 mm. The car received a 1.5-liter turbo engine and two electric motors, as well as a three-speed DHT hybrid transmission. The total power of the power plant is 326 hp.
