Former President of AvtoVAZ Maxim Sokolov at parliamentary sessions in the Federation Council spoke Against government support for projects with low localization in the automotive sector. According to him, the opening of Chinese automakers to the Russian market could have a negative impact on the purchase of Russian auto components and the achievement of technological dominance.
