In Russia, changes to the traffic rules will come into force from March 1.

The rules for driving around roundabouts are changing; electric scooters will be limited in speed; there will be new signs on the roads.

So, for the convenience of motorists (so as not to be distracted and not to doubt), paid parking zones will be marked differently. It is enough for motorists to pay attention to the color: the paid one is circled in blue, and the free one in white.

There will also be a draw with coins on the paid parking sign (previously this was under the sign).

The signs 3.29 and 3.30 have also been adjusted, making parking possible on odd and even days.

Another of the new signs on the road: charging for cars and a driving ban for buses, except for school or scheduled buses.

Also pay attention to the sign 3.10 “Pedestrian traffic is prohibited”. From March 1, it also applies to people on electric scooters, Segways and unicycles. A separate sign 3.35 “Movement on individual means of mobility prohibited” will also appear.
