But it is very problematic to challenge such a fine, warns car expert Aleksey Khresin. And if you intend to prove your case, it’s better to do it in court, he advises. The task can be simplified by the testimony of the passenger who was in the cabin at the time of photo fixation.
According to the expert, only the improvement of their software will help to reduce the frequency of wrongly imposed fines from cameras.
