The incident occurred in an underground parking lot at midnight in Primorsky district on November 27 last year. Alexander Kuznetsov had a disagreement with a woman about parking a car. He admitted in court that he held a plastic pistol imitating a TT pistol to his head and verbally threatened to kill him, and then went home. Later, Kuznetsov’s wife threw the plastic gun with the trash.

In the conflict, Kuznetsov apologized to the victim and gave him 150,000 rubles as moral compensation. The court found the man guilty of a crime under Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and sentenced to one year of suspended imprisonment with a similar probationary period.
