According to Anton Shaparin, vice president of the National Automobile Union, there are several reasons for drivers’ increased accuracy:

  2. Sanctioned repairs are expensive and complicated.
  3. It is expensive to drive, both because of fines and gasoline.
  4. Now, according to OSAGO, no one will fix the car, they will give it money, which is most likely for repairs won’t be enough.
