Lawmakers from the Liberal Democratic Party have drafted a bill that provides free parking near social institutions. Regarding this, Yaroslav Nilov, deputy head of the LDPR fraction said on your Telegram channel.
The bill proposes to allow cars to be left near social infrastructure facilities without paying parking fees. The parliamentarian said that the relevant amendments to the law “On the regulation of road traffic” and a number of other regulatory documents will be submitted to the State Duma on February 10.
“In ordinary places this can be done in three hours. And people with disabilities in private places – indefinitely. So visitors to social institutions will not have to splurge for parking, ”wrote Nilov.
The MP said that parking near hospitals, schools, kindergartens, cultural centers and other institutions now remains chargeable, making them less accessible and comfortable.
