Psychiatrist-narcologist Andrei Bolonkin warned that when drinking 0.5 liters of non-alcoholic beer, the amount of ppm in the blood will be about 0.04. He explained that despite the content of about 0.5% alcohol in it (less than in kvass), the amount of alcohol in the blood will be insignificant compared to real alcoholic beverages.
Thus, the breathalyzer of the inspector of the traffic police will not show any penalty indicators, the doctor noted.

“The permitted alcohol limit is 0.16 mg/l of exhaled air or 0.3 g/l per liter of blood. Drinking several bottles therefore does not deprive you of your rights. For comparison, 0.3 ppm is roughly equivalent to drinking 50g of vodka, 200g of wine or 500g of beer in an average 80kg man,” he explained.
But at the same time, if you drink a bottle of non-alcoholic beer right before the medical examination, a certain amount of alcohol can be detected in the exhaled air, Bolonkin warned, reminding that one should always take into account the individual characteristics of a person.
