Vasily Vlasov proposed that veterans and disabled combatants travel for free on toll roads. He sent an appeal to the head of the Ministry of Transport Vitaly Savelyev.
In his appeal, the MP noted that today they have numerous support measures, including preferential conditions for travel by public transport and rail. At the same time, these categories of citizens do not benefit when traveling on toll roads in a private vehicle.

In this context, I ask you to consider whether it is desirable to extend Art. 41 of the federal law “On Highways and Road Activities in the Russian Federation and on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation” on exempting cars of war veterans and disabled veterans from toll road charges,” the appeal says .
