According to one of the vagrants, they were walking around a flower bed in the village of Kolyvan when a man approached their car and started a fight. The young people tried to resolve the issue peacefully by asking the man to pay compensation of 15,000 rubles for the damaged car, but he refused. According to the publication, the attacker turned out to be Sergey Zabolotsky, a deputy from the Kolyvansky district.

Young people wrote a statement to the police, clarifies NGS.RU. The regional directorate of the Ministry of Interior said that the person kicked the drifters’ vehicle and beat the 22-year-old driver and 23-year-old passenger.

A few days after the incidents at the gas station, the deputy’s wife applied to the police and reported that she was hit by a car, but the traffic police could not confirm the reality of the accident. One of the youths (participating in the clash at the gas station) was at the scene and said that two citizens, including the complainant about the accident, had illegally entered his home. The Ministry of Interior reported that a citizen who had beaten two young people was also near the house.

Later, the 42-year-old MP wrote a statement to the police, complaining that one of the shooters had hit him in a car. Police are investigating the incident and all participants in the shootout have been referred to undergo a forensic examination to determine the severity of the injuries.
