In the Tula region, a criminal case was opened after a trucker died due to a piece of asphalt spilled into his cabin. About reported in the Research Committee of the Russian Federation for the region.

Event dead on the M-4 Don highway last December. According to the investigation, part of the road surface that bounced from under the car’s steering wheel broke the windshield and hit the driver of the DAF truck. The man died at the scene.

The report stated that the investigation established an organization responsible for the safe and uninterrupted movement of vehicles on this section of the road.

A criminal case was opened in accordance with paragraph “c” of Part 2 of Art. 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (provision of services that do not meet security requirements). Evidence in the case is collected and consolidated, as well as identification of citizens involved in the crime.
