In heavy snowfall, you should knock your shoes out of the snow before putting your feet in the car. It is also better to ask passengers to knock on snowy boots.
Setting the climate system also helps: the air drying function. If you don’t have those, it’s helpful to leave the car in the garage overnight and open the doors for ventilation. And if you park on the street, lower the windows for a while so that the interior cools and ventilates, then close the windows and the car at night.
