The draft resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation establishing a new method of calculating fees and new values of maximum rates was published in October 2022.
On toll roads created as a result of the reconstruction and improvement of old roads (M-1 Belarus, M-4 Don, M-3 Ukraine), a kilometer of the road costs up to 5 rubles. To those built from scratch (TsKAD, M-12 Moscow-Kazan)— up to 8 rubles.
It is not yet known when the new rates will take effect. It is possible that they are dated for the summer season.
