AvtoVAZ will make every effort to provide the country with affordable cars, and will also continue to develop new projects in the medium term – this is a family of B segment cars and a crossover on the Lada Vesta platform , which are expected to go into production , by the end of 2024 and the end of 2025, respectively, said the company’s head Maxim Sokolov.

As for immediate plans, AvtoVAZ will start production of Vesta NG in 2023 and assembly of Largus in Tolyatti, produce an experimental batch of electric e-Largus in Izhevsk, and also launch a former Nissan plant in St. Petersburg – models from China will be made there under the Lada brand.
