Five car brands from China simultaneously entered the top ten leaders of the Russian market in the last week of December. informs analytical agency “Avtostat”.
The list of the most popular Chinese car brands in Russia includes Chery (2367 cars sold from December 26 to January 1), Haval (1467 units), Geely (1099 units), Exeed (648 units) and Omoda (349 units). hit the top ten leaders of the automobile market for the first time. The share of Chinese cars was 39%.
The leadership in the brand rating remains domestic Lada (4813 units) and closes the top five (933 units) after three “Chinese” Kias. The list also included Hyundai (723 units), Toyota (360 units) and UAZ (329 units). Other brands’ results were less than 300 cars.
