In New York, the driver felt unwell and was unable to stop the car. The police, not understanding what was happening, chased Suzuki, but then one of the officers began to act more decisively.
He ran out onto the road, overtook the rolling car and opened the door. Then he realized the driver was doing a bad job and hit the brake pedal himself.
Prior to that, an out-of-control car crashed into several other cars, ran red lights more than once, and entered the oncoming lane. The car owner did not respond to signals from law enforcement.
