Looking out the window of a multi-storey building, the girl simply comments on what she sees on the street. And apparently it won’t go away.
The plot begins with the fact that a man cannot walk the path in any way and as a result, as in childhood, the a piece of iron, and in the distance there is no way for the emergency service to tow the car away. The day is such that people literally have to hold on to poles when crossing.
This video was shot on December 23 after a freezing rainstorm in Seattle. Its “charm” is that this can happen anywhere it snows and there are thaw.
“Of course they don’t see ice very often. Otherwise they would treat it with more respect,” notes YouTuber Kitten Korleone. There are also statements like this: “Perseverance and courage are the most important thing in ice cream”, “The city should salt these hilly places as soon as possible.”
And user Carl Sagan didn’t laugh, but shared this practical advice:
If this ever happens to you, take off your socks, put your feet back in your boots, and pull your socks over your shoes. That’s how you get a grip. Cotton socks are good, wool even better. I did this successfully after an ice storm in Northern Canada. A side step and a herringbone also help you to stay upright.
