You need to buy liquid with silicone. It can be a universal silicone lubricant, which is used for rubber seals so that they do not freeze after washing, or any other composition with the required component.
What’s the nuance?
The main thing is not to overdo it with the amount: sprinkle moderately and wipe the working edge of the gum. If this is not done, stains will appear on the windshield, which will cause particular problems.
Such protection is much more effective than alcohol or non-freezing.
