A police officer in the Nizhny Novgorod region saw a truck in the ditch and decided to help the driver, but he started shooting. informs MIA Media.
In the village of Ichalki, “Perevozsky”, a police driver of the task unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, went to the nearest gas station and saw a truck in a ditch. He got out of the vehicle and offered to help the driver, but the driver got out, asked the police to stay away, and fired into the air.
Police succeeded in detaining the truck driver, along with an involved driver. It turned out that he was involved in three crimes committed within an hour.
So, a man stole a car from the farmers in the village of Neledino and stole a gun there. Then he went to the village of Ichalki and stole 5,000 rubles and a bottle of strong alcohol from a grocery store. While trying to flee the scene, he lost control and went off the road.
Criminal proceedings were initiated in accordance with Part 1 of Art. 166, Part 1 of Art. 226, also Part 2 of Art. 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
