Compared to the Big Dog, the new car has a unique grille and bumper. The headlights of the new car are round in shape with LED strips around the perimeter.
That is, the front of the Haval H-DOG is made in the style of a real hardcore SUV, but the rear is more like a crossover with a spoiler and rounded shapes, as well as lights, like Mazda.
The length, width and height of the new car are 4705/1908/1780 mm respectively, and the wheelbase reaches 2810 mm. That is, the car is slightly larger than, for example, the Hyundai Santa Fe.
What As for the interior, a huge screen of the multimedia system is installed here, and the center console is upholstered in leather. Below the monitor is a panel with analog buttons, which makes it more convenient to operate the car’s systems than with touch controls. The gear lever is the same as the Tank 300.
The top version of Haval H-DOG will be equipped with a hybrid power plant based on a 1.5-liter turbo engine. The power will be 326 hp. and 530 Nm. The power reserve only on electric traction will reach 50-150 kilometers.
A more modest version gets a 2.0T engine with 238 hp. and four-wheel drive. This option will most likely be supplied to our country officially or within the framework of a parallel import scheme.
The vehicle’s approach and departure angles are 24 degrees and 30 degrees, respectively, and the length of the front and rear overhangs is 934 mm and 961 mm, respectively.
