The car of the traditional winter “Race of Champions” has been updated: in 2023, the participants will compete in a specially modified Lada Vesta NG.
The car was presented by the factory racing team Lada Sport Rosneft.
The car for the 25th anniversary race took on the appearance of an updated Vesta and a new Lada Sport Rosneft livery.
The technical part has remained the same as in the previous car, which racers have driven in recent years: 1.6 l engine (170 hp), cam gearbox and reinforced suspension.
8 such machines were manufactured.
The 25th Race of Champions will take place on January 14, 2023.
