“Behind the wheel” supplied tires for the operational services of the LPR and DPR

The fundraising for the purchase of tires for the people’s militias and operational services of the LPR and DPR has been completed. According to the results, about 10 million rubles were attracted and wheels were purchased for KAMAZ and Ural trucks, as well as UAZ, Niv and GAZelle trucks.

During the NMD, automotive equipment performs tasks including delivering humanitarian aid to the line of battle with the enemy.

Thanks to the replacement kits provided, delivery can now be made not only on road, but also off-road and in muddy conditions.

Stepan Kuzmenkodeputy general manager of “Behind the wheel”:

“It is nice that many people have responded to our proposal and we are grateful to everyone who contributed to helping Donbass. People handed over money as well as tires. Tires were taken to the local Popular Front chapters of the cities and “Behind the Wheel” suggested what size they needed and to what nearest point of the ONF they could be taken. More than 700 such tapes have been collected.

But while we were collecting, the temperature in the NWO zone turned positive, the roads became slippery and the old tires began to “soap”, as the worn tread has poorer grip. As a result, we decided to buy new wheels with the money raised, although the old ones were used, a lot of these “consumables” are needed there.

All tapes were delivered to Rostov, from there to the LPR, and I came to the Lugansk military unit to personally hand over the assembled and purchased tapes to the leadership of a separate logistics battalion.

The collection has been completed, the tapes have been handed over and are already being used for their intended purpose, and Za Rulem will be on hand when our help is needed again, and will continue to provide as much as needed in the new year.
