Motoring expert Aleksey Khresin advises motorists who find themselves in such a traffic situation to be as careful as possible, to increase the distance from the vehicles in front and, if possible, to be prepared for any possible maneuvers of neighbors downstream.
“We keep our distance with a margin and think for others, because if it’s not you, then someone else can suffer. We accelerate smoothly, we brake smoothly, we don’t pull the wheel,” advises the expert.
And it’s better to prepare your car for weather disasters ahead of time, he advises. For example, cover the car with a cover, cloth or cardboard. This protects the glass and body from frost, which often melts much longer than the engine warms up.
